Recipe Mayhem

To be honest, keeping cool is not a problem for me right now. I live in the Pacific Northwest, the only part of the U.S., other than Alaska, that isn't experiencing a big heat wave. I ought to be grateful, I know, but it really shouldn't rain this much in July. Still, I can dream of warmer, sunnier days, and imagine keeping cool with a delicious frozen fruit treat, such as these intensely purple popsicles.
