Keeping Cool
To be honest, keeping cool is not a problem for me right now. I live in the Pacific Northwest, the only part of the U.S., other than Alaska, that isn't experiencing a big heat wave. I ought to be grateful, I know, but it really shouldn't rain this much in July. Still, I can dream of warmer, sunnier days, and imagine keeping cool with a delicious frozen fruit treat, such as these intensely purple popsicles. For now, though, I'm looking forward to drinking a nice mug of cocoa, made with fat-free milk, of course. Purple Popsicles © Fiona Haynes, licensed to About.com
